Come along to Athlete Matters run/core/physio workshop to find out what you're missing. Learn about training tips, running drills, run sessions, core strength for injury prevention, have an optional massage or have a gait analysis done on your running technique.
Athlete Matters will run a workshop to include running drills to improve running form and training that will aim to get you running faster. Explain how to build your own running programme and give pointers as to what to do to avoid injuries, and run better. Hold a core strength session with exercises to build your muscles for strength, speed and injury prevention.
